FLYDAY THE 13TH

"Waking up and being human sized crazed insects with big googly eyes,
Stopping by a fountain to have themselves a smoke,
Subsequently falling onto their backs,
Spinning in helpless circles,
Buzzing and hitting dazed onlookers with their flailing wings,
Now T
HAT'S Kafkaesque!"

Credits: Thanks, Shay, from the Word Garden
blog. We put this together on the fly.

I so hope this isn't the latest fashion that will be flying in soon, straight from America. It would not look good on hubs ;-)

Hi Mojo,
Not that I am a shopping expert or anything... but I googled Che Guevara towel and several people are selling them on ebay. Under $20 bucks with shipping. Now, go get that towel and let's see if you can become one of these bugs too! LMAO!! This I have to see!! Oh, maybe you're saying, "hey stop bugging me!"
Pouty... this is fun!

That pink flowered "cape" is pretty damn kafkaesque too.

Dressed up for a Purim party?

Pouty Lips said...

Daryl, you may be onto something but I took this last week on Saturday 3-5-09. But they could be dressed as super heroes of the Megillah, albeit their loose interpretation. Maybe there was as Purim celebration a week early here?

Pouty Lips, I must confess that I am really (I mean REALLY!) gun-shy about commenting on blogs like yours and Shay's and the other "women only" blogs. So if I offend you--or anyone--let me know pronto. I cannot--will not--let that happen. (So I may comment some times just to letcha know I'm here

But I DO like to read your stuff, so THERE! -grin! Also, I do appreciate your occasional but thoughtful comments on my blog. You are TOO nice!
Sincerely,
Steve E.

Steve-my blog is not "women only" and is open to any demographic. I even try to stay G-rated to be appropriate for young bloggers who care to visit.

Hi Pouty,

Me again... took another look at the fly-o-licous picture. Are they standing in front of a sunglass store? You have opened my eyes to things, now I have a camera in my purse you never know when a great blog picture will avail itself.
